Reservation status

Solution

A reservation can have one of the following statuses:

1. Pending

This is the status of a new reservation which has not been confirmed by the supplier yet. A "pending" reservation can go into "rejected" status, "confirmed" or "cancelled".

2. Confirmed

This is the status of a new reservation that has been confirmed by the supplier. A "confirmed" reservation can go into "oktobuy" status or "cancelled".

3. OKTOBUY

A "confirmed" reservation  goes in this status after you press the "Issue voucher" button from the reservation details. At this moment the system will remove the credit from the agency that made the reservation and will issue the invoice. Until then the agency is not charged in any way. Any reservation that is not "oktobuy" ( it is confirmed or pending) will be automatically cancelled at the deadline. If the reservation hasn't passed the deadline yet, the agency has the option to revert the status to "confirmed". The invoice will be cancelled and the charged credit will be returned.

4. Rejected

If the supplier does not confirm the reservation, the agency has the option to change the status of the reservation to "rejected".

5. Cancelled

This is the status of a reservation that has been cancelled before the deadline

6. Cancelled after CXL

This is the status of a reservation that has been cancelled after the deadline.

7. Error

If any error occurs on our side or on the suppliers side after the agency pressed the "book" button, will apear in the list of the reservations with the status "error". A message describing the error will also be available.
